The DIGITRAN FlexCut DTF cutting machine automates the cutting of DTF transfers. The XY cutter cuts the printed film perfectly according to your needs. There are many different options for this. The device can be used in line or as a stand alone unit. It is also possible to cut from a large roll into several smaller rolls or from rolls to sheets. Whether with a fixed cutting length or for the perfect cut with register marks. All you need for running this machine is a connection to a 230V socket.
In Line Mode: If the FlexCut cutting machine is to run in line with the printer, the roll can be fed into the FlexCut directly after the powder unit. A dancer bar recognizes whether the DTF printer is printing and cuts accordingly.
Stand Alone Mode:The cutting speed of the cutter is faster than that of most printers. The device can therefore also be used separately from the printer. To do this, insert the printed roll of transfers into the machine and press start.
Roll to Sheet: Knives are positioned on the web to cut the roll in printing direction. This determines the width of the sheets. A horizontal cut is then made using a set feed distance or by reading register marks, which turns the small rolls into the finished sheets.
Roll to Roll: The roll-to-roll application makes it possible to use DTF transfers in hot stamping or heat transfer machines. As these machines can register the web, manual positioning of the transfers is completely eliminated. This way, DTF transfers can also be used on various other products besides T-shirts and the like.
The system is controlled via a touch display. A compressor is also installed, which controls the contact pressure of the circular knives. A collection tray ensures that the sheets are collected cleanly.
